A substantial renovation/addition to an old 1920’s Cottesloe home, comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two powder rooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining plus a separate laundry and kids play room. The garage, alfresco and new levels to form a wonderful family garden were all part of the works.
